Highlight of my career

I started my career in Ninjacart as a CC Operations Executive in 2019. Back then, we were only operating with 3 CCs and were churning out less than 5 tonnes a day. It was difficult at first to get accustomed to the process and ensure on-time deliveries, but with proper guidance and training from my seniors, I got the hold of it. I took the responsibility to train executives and labours and played a major role in expanding our CC base. Now, we have 13 CCs and on an average we do 130 tonnes of business in a day. This tremendous growth would be the highlight of my career.

Biggest Challenge

The biggest challenge I faced was during the COVID-19 Lockdown in 2020. We were not allowed to operate in villages and the authorities were forcing us to shut shop. But, my team persisted and with the help of local connections, gram panchayats, and our legal team, we managed to work smoothly by taking all safety measures. Unfortunately, the morale of our labours and executives was very low because of the situation. Keeping them motivated was a challenge, but I boosted their morale and ensured they came to work every day.

Goal for future

My goal is to gain more knowledge about the market and learn everything about this industry. One day, I wish to start my own FnV business by using the experiences I have gained from Ninjacart.

A Ninjacart value that I have inculcated in myself is to always keep Learning and Improving. As a company, we are constantly trying to improve and get good quality vegetables and fruits for our customers. This is what I do every day, and I am determined to improve myself daily by learning on the go.
